I was thinking.... They made Firered and Leafgreen which are remakes of Red and Green, which are the first Pokemon Games to come out on the GBA (Gameboy Advance) around when Ruby and Sapphire Came out. Then when Diamond and Pearl came out HeartGold and SoulSilver was released, which is a remake of Gold and Silver the sequel to Red and Green on the DS.

Since we are currently in the 6th Generation of Pokemon (which is also on a new system. Not the DS) Blazing Ruby and Aqua Sapphire is probably gonna come out in either late 2014 or 2015.

I see a pattern...

GB: Red and Green/Blue and Yellow

GBC: Gold and Silver/Crystal

GBA: Ruby and Sapphire

GBA SP: Fire Red and Leaf Green/ Emerald

DS: Diamond and Pearl

DSI: Heart Gold and Soul Silver/ Black and White/ Black 2 and White 2

3DS: X and Y/Z?

2DS/3DS XL: Blazing Ruby and Aqua Sapphire?

Doesent this pattern seem legit? Each new system there is a remake.

GBA SP: Fire Red and Leaf Green/ Emerald (2005)

DSI: Heart Gold and Soul Silver/Platinum/ Black and White/ Black 2 and White 2 (2010-2013)

3DS: X and Y (2013-2014)

3DS XL/2DS: Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby (2014)

Speculation:

3DS XL/2DS: Pokemon Z (2015)

Nintendo Fusion: Pokemon Plus and Minus (2016)

See the dates of the games release? Red and Green came out in 1995 (JP) and Fire Red and Leafgreen was released in 2005 (See the 10 year difference? It was a anniversary!) Gold and SIlver came out in 2000 (JP) and Heart Gold and Soul Silver came out in 2010. I think this pattern is broken because 2013 wasnt the release date for Ruby and Sapphire Remakes.

Hopefully we will get a remake. I dont want some dumb sequel. I want a remake of my childhood!

Gamefreak if a remake is made. You will get a butt load of money. Why not do it?
