Nintendo is never gonna learn.

If you lived under a rock Nintendo has been having issues with YouTubers uploading content of their recent games

(Like Pokemon X and Y)

And Copyright Strike them or Claim the YouTubers

(Strike means that they will take down the video and give that user a Copyright Strike and if that user has 3 Strikes then his acount is suspened)

(Claim means that they have claimed that video and is taking all the money that video earns off of Ad Revenue)

But what Nintendo doesn't get is they are getting free advertisment!

We make the videos showing off there games and sometimes that makes the viewer want to buy the game.

It happened to me. One time some YouTuber (Pewdiepie, and Markiplier) played Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs.

I was interested and bought Dark Descent AND A Machine for Pigs.

But now Nintendo is making it even harder and making a Affiliate program and we have to sign up to record there games and upload them to YouTube.
